How to Activate your Hey Howzit Card
Follow these simple steps: –
1. Ensure that your NFC is activated on your device (settings, connections, enable NFC).
2. Use your Hey Howzit card to tap on the back of your mobile device (on the top for Apple devices and middle for Android) which will prompt you to select your internet browser.
3. On clicking it, you will see a “dummy profile”, scroll to the bottom and select the Login to Edit Profile button which will take you to the login screen if you are not already logged in.
4. If you have forgotten your password, click on “lost your password?” to reset your password, using the email address provided when your Hey Howzit card was purchased.
5. Once logged in, go to Edit Digital Card and complete / amend all the mandatory details to customise your card.
6. On hitting the submit button, your card will be ready for use.
7. Click View Card to see what your card looks like or tap on your Hey Howzit card to view your changes.
Your Hey Howzit Digital Business Card will be available for you to use for a period of two years before renewing.
What are my delivery options and the cost for this?
You can collect from our JHB offices or Standard delivery is R99 in and surrounding JHB. (Price will change dependant on distance to deliver).
When will my order be delivered?
We’ll deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your Payment Confirmation email.
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout.
When do I get my order?
Our picking, packing and delivery is linked to what you order, where you want it delivered or collected and how you choose to pay. So, delivery and collection times can vary. Estimates are provided below to help you shop, but always check your order’s Estimated Delivery or Estimated Collection Date during checkout for the most accurate delivery information.

How can I pay for my Collect order?
Your collection fee is payable at Checkout via one of our safe and easy payment methods.
Please note: The Cash on Delivery payment method is not available when collecting at our offices in JHB.
If you collect from our offices there is no collection fee.
Can I return my product?
Due to the nature of the product returns are not accepted unless there is something actually wrong with the product itself. You are welcome to send through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or speak to customer services on 087 109 1000.
